Hi Andy,

I’m an solution architect from Intel and want to discuss P4 design and SW stack communication using metadata inside packets.

Would it be possible to allocate some slot for such discussion?

My apologies for waiting this late before cancelling today's P4 Portable NIC Architecture meeting. I had received one suggestion of a topic, but have talked with Mina (see below) and she plans to present at the next meeting 2 weeks from today, same time of day. A meeting came up last minute for both of us.

Mina Tahmasbi Arashloo plans to talk next time on offloads from L4-L7 onto the NIC, e.g. generic transport functionality (not only segmentation offload), or application acceleration.

I am looking for any topics people want to discuss at the next scheduled P4 Portable NIC Architecture work group meeting on Thursday November 8, 10-11am Pacific Time. Details on how to join in are given below. I have sent personal email to a few people who may have things they are ready to talk about, and will send out an agenda if I hear back from them, but feel free to reply with any topics you would like to talk about, even if they are short (i.e. no need to take 30 minutes if you don't have that much to say).
