[P4-dev] setup script for bmv2 compiler

Hi Antonin,

thanks for the answer/support; actually, I use the same cmd as you do, 
according to the instructions in the main dir's README.

Btw, I've managed to install it anyway, so there is no reason you worry 
too much.
