Hi all,

Now that September is upon us, I suggest resuming our bi-weekly meetings,
starting on September 9th. We have a few things to look at that came up
during the summer (https://github.com/p4lang/p4runtime/issues). In
particular:

We may also want to make some concrete plans for P4Runtime v2 and start
triaging some of these proposals:
https://github.com/p4lang/p4runtime/projects/1.

The calendar invite should be up-to-date. Let me know if you have any
questions. Hope to see you all in 2 weeks!

Thanks,

Antonin

Hi all,

Before we resume, I wasn't able to attend a lot of the meetings earlier
this year due to a weekly conflict: Wednesday 10:30-noon PT. Is there any
interest in entertaining another slot for this call? If it was hard
enough to find this slot, I don't want to rock the boat, but just wondering
because I will continue to have a persistent conflict.

Thanks!
Brian

I have no issue with moving to a different slot, actually a different slot
may work better for me as well. I started a poll here:
https://doodle.com/poll/qtgibbrvpgygfd76. Please provide your preferences
if you intend to attend upcoming WG meetings.

Please keep in mind that the poll only includes options from September 8th
to September 11th, but we will use the same time slot for all
future meetings as well.

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who answered the poll. There is no perfect option, but
at this stage it seems that the best option would be Fridays 9.30am -
10.30am.
I will keep the poll open a while longer (until Monday evening PST) in case
some haven't had a chance to answer yet.

Hi,

I haven't got any new answers since last Thursday.
Three of the slots got 7 check marks. I used past participation in WG
activities as a tiebreaker. As a result, the new meeting slot will
tentatively be Fridays 9.30am - 10.30am PST, starting this week (Friday
11th). I will update the calendar invite.
If we observe some attendance issues, we can revisit and pick a different
slot.

Thanks,

Antonin
